  How do I sign up?

To sign up (register as a vendor) visit our website www.sikuuku.com and from the menu at the top, click the Become a Vendor menu item to access the registration page.

On the registration page, find the registration form, fill in all the fields, and hit the sign-up button to create your free vendor account.

Note; You must read and accept our terms and conditions before accessing the registration form.

  How do I upload property/service?

Log in with your credentials as a vendor, from the expandable user menu click the "Vendor Dashboard" which takes you to your dashboard.

From here expand the sub-menu of the property you want to list and click the "add <property-name>" tab to create your property or service e.g Hotel>Add Hotel

  How do I update or extend my availabilities?

Expand the sub-menu of the service or property you want to edit and click on the "Availability" tab to edit the availability of the same. 

  What can I List on Sikuuku.com

You can list/add a Hotel, Rental Space, an Event, Boat, and Flight

  When will my property go online?

Once you finish creating your listing, you can open your property for bookings on our site. We may ask you to verify your property before you can start accepting bookings, but you can use this time to get familiar with the travel marketplace.

  How will I receive my payment?

You may get paid directly by the client, or receive your earnings from us via a Bank Transfer on the banking information attached to your account, or Mobile Money payment

  How can I book for a service or property?

Open the service or property you are interested in, select the needed information such as the starting date and number of people. Then click the book button to place your booking immediately

  How do I pay for my booking?

You can pay using your credit card online while placing your booking or you can make physical payment directly to service or property owner.

  In which currency should I make the payment?

Our services or properties are displayed with US dollars as the default currency but you can always change this from the currency switcher. Making a payment should in US dollars as the default but you can pay in any other currency acceptable by the mode of payment you are using to make your payment. 

NOTE: You must ensure that amount being paid is equivalent to the displayed amount minus any payment charges.
