During these 2 days, students/pupils will get to explore the biggest National park in Uganda, Murchison Falls National Park is not only known for having the most powerful falls in the park, but also has abundant wildlife species such as Lions, Giraffes, Rhinos, Hippopotamus, Elephants, amongst others that can best be seen during morning, afternoon, and night game drives thus making it a famous tourist destination. You will stop over at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to take a glance at the black and white Rhinoceros and as well do birding. The sanctuary has four different trails to choose from which take you to savannah woodlands or swamps each with different bird species. Upon arrival in the park, you will check in and relax at the accommodation. day two, you will have a morning game drive and later a boat cruise along River Nile to the bottom of the falls and hike to the top of the falls then return to Kampala.

DAY 1 : TRANSFER TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK After your morning breakfast, our driver guide will pick you up and take you on a long but rewarding journey to Murchison Falls National Park. The journey is rewarding in a way that you go through several villages as you gaze at the green beautiful vegetation and several roadside fruit and vegetable markets. The first stopover will be at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for Rhino trekking and birding. The trek can take anything from a few minutes to an hour depending on where the Rhinos are located within the sanctuary. You will receive a briefing from the ranger guide and start on your Rhino trek thereafter head out for the trek. After, you will go birding, have lunch and then proceed to the National Park where you arrive later that evening. Check into the student quarters, have dinner, and an overnight stay. |

DAY 2 : GAME DRIVE AND BOAT CRUISE - KAMPALA After an early breakfast you shall for on a 2 hour game drive around the park. Expect to see animals including Giraffes, Lions, Jackson hartebeest, Uganda Kob, Elephants and a lot of birds in the savannah. Thereafter, take a boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison Falls. As you enjoy the cool breeze on the cruise, take your time and look out for hippos, Nile crocodiles and a number of unique bird species. Hike to the top of the falls, return to the quarters for lunch and then depart back to Kampala |
